Kaiser Student Interns - Special Assignment for 3/17 to 3/21

Hello All,

I have a special assignment for all Kaiser students per Kareen Knowles.  She will brief you on a survey that will be conducted by you, with the members/patients at Kaiser 3/17-3/21.

PLEASANTON:  AM students, on Monday 3/17, meet Ms. Knowles in administration near pediatric injection at 9:45.   PM students, meet Ms. Knowles, same area, at 1:45.

LIVERMORE:  AM students, on Tuesday, 3/18, meet Ms. Knowles in administration down the hall from Health Education at 9:45.  PM students, meet Ms. Knowles, same area, at 1:45.

The idea of the survey is to identify patient expectations of their visit to Kaiser.  Please PRACTICE these questions and memorize them.  She will tell you how to record the patient's responses.

Everyone:

1.  Please review the 3/12 blog.

2.  Keep Friday absences to a minimum.  This is becoming a trend for a lot of students.  If you have a legitimate reason for absence, I will understand, and a parent must contact GHS (for GHS students and I must be contacted for all PM students by a parent for each absence) If you do not have a good reason for absence, you, the site and the program are at risk.  Remember to FINISH STRONG, the site, and your teacher, are your precious assets...for a reference!
