Quiz 21 - This is the last MT take home quiz.  Quizzes 5-21 will be your study guide for the MT final

Resume, Cover Letter and References - These must be free of ALL ERRORS, grammar, spelling, formatting, etc.  Worried? Work with a parent, teacher or counselor to ensure all three are PERFECT :-)    BRING 30 SHEET PROTECTORS to put in your portfolio on 3/19.  Don't forget to add Keenan Safe Schools to the resume', CPR certifications and all achievements.  Remember: ONE PAGE resume!  Please ask me for help if needed, okay?

Medical Terminology Rap, Song, etc.  - Be ready to work on this 3/19.  30 medical words required. You may use some abbreviations, but no more than about 10% of the project.  Use quizzes 5 through 21 as your guide. 

SENIORS:  ValleyCare Scholarship.  Bring in on 3/19.  Not doing it?  Put it in your portfolio Wednesday.

CC HOURS:  You should be hovering around 90 to 100 at this time.  See me if you need help.
For those of you that will be reaching 180 hours sooner than June 6th, you are not allowed to "stop going to site".  I have responsibility for each and every student and there is a huge liability concern if you are expected to be at site and you are not.  Do not make any decisions without me on this one please.  Thank you for understanding and complying with this.

Some of my senior students in the past have won this scholarship! 
Are you a graduating senior of Italian heritage?

For over fifty years the Buon Tempo Club has recognized High School Seniors with our scholarship awards.  The following scholarships are awarded each year:

1.  Athletic Scholarship: Awarded to outstanding Italian male/female prep athletes of the year.  (minimum GPA 2.5)

2.  Academic Scholarship: Awarded to outstanding Italian male/female students of the year.  (minimum GPA 3.0)

3.  Vocational/Technical Scholarship:  Awarded to Italian male/female students pursuing a vocation/trade or similar 2-year certificate program.  (minimum GPA 2.5)

The graduating senior shall be of Italian heritage and all applications are due by April 1. 

 

Students should also apply for multiple scholarship categories if eligible.
