Be Your Own Time "MANAGER"

We are working on time management and strengthening our personal skills.  Keep thinking about what your "time wasters" are and how you can fit everything into your life and have quality time for yourself too!!! It can be done! I will help you.

HOMEWORK:       (Didn't do the HW from last night? Uh oh.  Print it out and bring it in tomorrow)

Bring in your "7 day meal plan" tomorrow 9/26. (5 small meals per day, or 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks...you can use this website or any healthy teen meal planning websites.

DAY 2 of Resting Heart Rate.  Write down your pulse rate after taking it in the morning before getting out out bed. Heart rate for Wed, Thurs, Fri. Due Friday.

Define the word parts of the cardiovascular system that you wrote down today.  Show me on Friday that they have all been defined.

How is your biography/presentation coming along?  50 points and due/presented on Friday.

Prepare for the test Friday....know the words on your study guide from the blog.

Career Center assignment due Friday.

Ask parents about getting your flu shot if you have not already received it.  On 10/3 or 10/4??????
(you don't have ROP those days).

Ask parents if they can score about 30 sheet protectors for you.  These are for your portfolio.  Please have them a.s.a.p. (before 10/31)  - Put all of your Safe School/Keenan Projects in them (back to back is fine)
